Application procedure to the Master Program |

Admission is based on academic excellence and students with any university degree and with a good mathematical background are encouraged to apply. Applications are evaluated continuously from the 1st of December up to July 1st. |

Applications must be done online: |
| |

| |
Before entering the online application, you will need to collect and scan the following documents (Pdf format): |

1. |
Transcripts from each college or university attended (originals in English, Spanish or Catalan, or an official English translation should be included). Include both undergraduate and graduate work. |

| |
2. |
An essay describing your motivation to work for a PhD, in economics and at the UAB. If you have a specific interest in a certain field of Economics this should be mentioned. |

3.

The submission of GRE and English test scores is not a compulsory requirement but it is strongly advised, especially for students whose university of origin is outside Spain. |

Two letters of recommendation will be requested. After you submit your application each referee will get instructions to upload the reference letter in the system. |

| |
You will have to pay a 50€ application fee. |
| |
** IMPORTANT NOTE **
Admitted students will be asked during registration (September) to submit official documents to support the information supplied in the application. This includes your official academic transcript and diploma or other valid proof that you have completed your undergraduate degree, including all required coursework and credits. If you are not in possession of these documents during registration, any admission offer will be cancelled. |
