• CREART: CREART is an NGO working towards the improvement of kids' education and standards of living

• Grameen Bank: the Grameen Bank is an institution created in Bangladesh to make loans without collateral to poor women in that country. Despite the fact that they are giving credit to the poorest among the poorest of a poor country, the on-time loan repayments exceed 98%.
• MSF: MSF is an independent humanitarian medical aid agency committed to two objectives: providing medical aid wherever it is needed, regardless of race, religion, politics or sex and raising awareness of the plight of the people we help.
• Intermon (in Spanish): this institution was created in 1956 to fight poverty in poor countries by providing them with the means to generate development by themselves.
• Amnesty International: AI is a worldwide campaigning movement that works to promote all the human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international standards. In particular, AI campaigns to free all prisoners of conscience; ensure fair and prompt trials for political prisoners; abolish the death penalty, torture and other cruel treatment of prisoners; end political killings and "disappearances"; and oppose human rights abuses by opposition groups.

• Spanish Statistical Institute (for English, go to the bottom of the page) this page includes data on national accounting, prices, and labor markets in Spain both, at the national and reginal levels.
• Servicio de Estudios del BBVA (in Spanish): a good site to look for data on income, production, and employment for provinces and regions in Spain. They also have financial data and statistics on the European Monetary Union.
• Bank of Spain: they have available the data from the statistical annex of the monthly bulletin in PDF format.
• European Central Bank: there is a section on statistics for the countries belonging to the European Union.
• Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve: this page contains financial data for the US.

• Elementary Mathematics (in Spanish): the objectives of this page are to facilitate the knowledge of basic math and to give the reader the possibility to continue learning by him/herself.
