Introduction

Our research activity is complemented with several seminars that take place in the department. We offer a series of specialized seminars in Macro, Micro, and in Applied Economics, which represent an excellent opportunity to listen to leading economists from all over the world. These seminars are jointly organized with the Institut d'Anàlisi Econòmica (CSIC), and take place once a week.

We also organize a series of workshops that offer a suitable environment for faculty and students in the PhD program to discuss and exchange ideas about their current research.
